Flexible Spending Accounts

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) let you set aside money for health care and/or dependent care expenses before taxes are calculated on your salary. Learn about the two types of flexible spending accounts detailed below.

Retiree Health Care

We offer medical and dental coverage in retirement. University contributions toward the cost of your benefits are based on when you meet the age and service requirements for retirement.

Dental Plans

To help you maintain good overall health, we provide a choice of two dental plans: Delta Dental Basic and Delta Dental Enhanced.

Vision Plan

Vision care is an important part of your overall health. Vision care benefits are provided by Vision Service Provider (VSP) Vision Care using their Choice Network of providers.

Affordable Care Act (ACA)

In 2010, the federal government enacted the Affordable Care Act (ACA), a comprehensive health care reform law that phases in a series of actions to occur over an eight-year period.
