University Resources & Reporting

Stanford University Diversity and Access Office: The D&A Office provides an array of services and resources designed to ensure equal opportunity and equal access, and to address bias and discrimination prohibited by law or official University policy. The D&A Office also assists individuals with disabilities who have requests for accommodations in the workplace and access to Stanford facilities, programs and activities.

SHARE/Title IX Office:The Title IX Office collaborates with the Stanford community to stop, prevent, and remedy interpersonal violence and gender-based discrimination through education, culture change, accountability, and empowerment.

Stanford Human Resources oversees all employee grievances. However, the are specific offices that offer additional support to staff and faculty

H&S Human Resources speak with an H&S HR representative 

A Threat Report Concern form  can be submitted to inform the Threat Assessment Team about an individual or a situation that may represent a threat.
