DEIBA Collective
The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Access (DEIBA) collective is composed of H&S staff representatives who provide guidance on staff initiatives. Involvement requires a one-year commitment with responsibilities including: completing dialogue facilitation training, leading school-wide dialogues of DEIBA topics, and offering feedback on DEIBA efforts, etc.
The H&S staff Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Access (DEIBA) Collective aims to highlight H&S staff experiences and inclusive practices. Staff highlights will be published on an ongoing basis and are conducted through a rolling self-nomination process. Please consider submitting a self-nomination or encourage colleagues to apply.
