New Mandated 2020 Harassment Prevention Training for Non-Supervisory Staff
In 2020, all non-supervisory employees will be required to complete Harassment Prevention Training every two years per a new California mandate. Employees have the option to complete the training in 2019 which will fulfill the 2020 training requirement. If you choose this option, you must complete the training by November 2019. If you do not complete the training program by November. 2019, you will be notified in early 2020 that you must complete training in 2020. Please refer to the table below to determine the appropriate training based on job classifications/roles.
